Shish Tawook
Our homemade version of chicken kabobs served on a bed of rice with sautéed mushrooms and pocket bread.

Shish Kabob
Choice of tenderloin marinated in our special way with tomatoes, green peppers and onions. Served on a bed of jeweled rice.

Herb Crusted Pork Loin
Slowly roasted pork or beef topped with an au jus sauce, served with potatoes and sautéed vegetables.

Turkey and Dressing
Roasted turkey breast with sage dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy and corn.

Chicken Dijon
Breast of chicken, topped with a honey dijon mustard and served with a rice medley and sautéed vegetables.

Breast of Chicken topped with a Cognac Mushroom Sauce
Served with rice or potatoes and sautéed vegetables.

Broccoli Chicken Kiev or Traditional Chicken Kiev
Breaded chicken breast stuffed with broccoli and cheese or herbed butter. Served with Minnesota rice.

All dinners served with rolls and butter, and choice of pasta salad or tossed salad. Hot lunches and dinners require a minimum of 10 orders of the same entrée choice.
